Please remove all your makeup before your appointment. Please thoroughly cleanse and properly remove all mascara, eyeshadow, liner, and any makeup on or around your eyes.  Extensions will not properly bond to your natural lashes if they are dirty and have makeup residue left on them. If you arrive with makeup on, your technician will cleanse and remove makeup from your lashes, which will dramatically use up your appointment time. Clean lashes= more time for lashing!

Avoid caffeine. This will help not to be jittery and eyes steady for your technician. This will also help to not have to use the restroom during your appointment and avoid having to pause the appointment to do so. This can affect the quality of service and take time from your appointment, taking time from more lash time. The eyelash extension service requires your technician to perform a very precise, steady, and detailed service. This all will help the quality of your service. 

This is your time to relax, indulge, and wakeup with beautiful lashes. You can even nap during your service. We like to call them "lash naps". 'NCOR even has a heated lash bed and comfy blankets if you would like to relax with some. Wear comfy clothes, and please prepare to relax! It's all about the experience!
